There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 18(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Bunde placed a call of the House. **The presence of Representatives Kubina, MacLean and Masek was noted. The House stood at ease at 11:52 a.m. SB 18 **The presence of Representative Barnes was noted. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall CSSB 18(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 18(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
